The aspects that quality of white corundum depends on:

White corundum is also called white fused aluminum oxide,white aluminum oxide,white fused alumina or white aloxide etc.It is made from high quality aluminum oxide,melted under high temperature over 2000℃,then naturally cool ,it has high hardness,making it used in many wear-resistant fields.

Then what aspects will influence the quality of it?

1. the degree and time of smelting, whether it is smelted thoroughly with enough time.if melted well, it will have good hardness and toughness.
2. raw material. the Al2O3% is higher, the hardness will be higher accordingly.
3. Particle size distribution refers to the span and concentration of the particle size,the more concentrated, the better the sandblasting polishing effect, and vice versa.
